"I sold a 2008 Honda Element with 140,000 miles on it, in order to purchase this Promaster.I have 6100 miles on the Promaster, after only 7 weeks of actual drive time.I have had to take the Promaster in to the dealer *5* times now for warranty work in those 6100 miles. Once was for a software update, once for a recall, once for a faulty TPMS sensor, once to have a fluid leak diagnosed, and once to have the CV axles replaced. In 140,000 miles of owning my Honda, I had to replace tires, change oil, and replace filters. That's it.Thus, I am already disappointed in the reliability of the Ram. I keep hoping, seemingly against hope, that it will become a reliable vehicle.Vehicle aside, the dealer I purchased it from was Roy's Grand in Nebraska. I think they should be branded as criminals and pushed out of this business. I say that because of the way they had driven this van, *my* van, 400 miles before I picked it up, and because of the damage that was done to the interior of the van while they were driving it. They neither disclosed this damage nor offered to discount the price, and when I finally took the time to look closely at the van and confront them about the damage, they admitted that they'd caused it, but refused to compensate me for it."
