    • "Was disappointed that the window panels are a different collie than van! 2 different shades of white I contacted sales man and told hoim for 25.000 that the color should be the same. He told me he'd look into it, that is the very last time I heard from him!! That was over a month ago. This is the very first new car/van I have ever purchased I love getting up and driving my new transit but am disappointed I did not receive a call back or an effort to resolve the issue that I have. He was very nice up to the point I told him about my dislike of the color difference!!!! I wouldn't send a friend to this dealership if asked only because of the lack of atleast a follow up call"
