My guys went above and beyond the call of duty for me. They replaced my alternator which was in the process of burning out.

Always thorough and professional. They explain what service is needed and why, how long it will take and how much it will cost. I have used Soundview Servicenter North for years both for my current car and the car I had before my current car. They are responsive, friendly and courteous. I feel like a knowledgeable, capable friend or family member is taking care of me and ensuring I am always safe to drive. They help me prioritize what needs to be done and never suggest any unnecessary work be done.
