Question: what could be draining of the battery on a 1991 camaro rs?

the engine is a V8, with a 5 speed manual transmission. the engine was out of a 1990 camaro with an automatic, i switched the wiring harness, computer and bypass key.
the car will run fine for a while, then shut it off and go to turn it back on and the battary is dead. (the altnartor is new)
