Question: the steering wheel is hard to turn why

why is the steering wheel hard to turn when it does already have power steering fluid?

this could be an array of this. the first and simplest thing you want to check is the air pressure in your tires, low pressure can make the wheel very hard turn. if its not that, then it could be you just need a change in fluid. if its not either of those low-cost options, it could be a more costly option such as damged steering column, frame damage, or other various typed of damage. i would suggest checking tire pressure and then if that does not fix the problem, take it to a mechanic to be checked out (try to avoid the cadillac dealers, they overcharge you waaaaaay to much) hope it helps.
