Question: How difficult is it to change the shifter?

The knob portion has a piece broken and so it does not pop out when the car is put in Park. You have to manually pull it out in order to enable the key removal..

Actually I just replaced the shift button on our wagon. The process was very easy. First time I have ever fixed anything on my own. The process took about 20 min. The directions came with the button.
