2004 L Town Car leaks with rain passeger side

I can't offer any solution(s), but I have the same problem. Rain gets in and stands about one inch deep in right rear passenger floor board. This just started.

I had the same problem ,the water was coming into the car through the wheel well
the Celent or Colking was not done all the way around the Seam or joint area of the iner wheel well after I put some Tar on the hole seam using a puty knife there was no more water getting into the Car.
