Question: Heater not blowing heat at floor

The heater in my GMC Sonoma does not blow heat at the floor when set for that. Continues to blow from dash vents. Are there adjustments that can be made????

I found it was the air vent vacuum hoses. All 3 were either cracked or weathered. It also wasn't attached to the wheel well bib.
The cost $4.79. The time to repair it... 30 minutes, but that includes going to the parts store.
