Question: fuel pump problems

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FUEL PUMP, I RUN OUT OF GAS AND THE FUEL PUMP STOP WORKING NO SOUND OUT OF THE FUEL PUMP, I REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP RELAY AND NOTHING, I REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP AND NOTHING, NO SOUND COMES OUT OF IT, AND THE ENGINE GAS NO PRESSURE OF GAS, I CHECK THE PRESSURE ON THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE AND NO PRESSURE BUT NO SOUND OUT OF THE FUEL PUMP, I THINK IS SOMETHING ABOUT THE WIRE SYSTEM OF THE FUEL PUMP THAT RUNS THROUGH THE ENTIRE CAR, CAN ANYBODY HELP MEEEE???

check the 15amp fuse next to the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment
